WELCOME!
So glad you’re here, Deshawna!
You're in the right place. Here's everything you need.
You said yes to showing up differently — and I'm so happy you did. This page is your home base for the entire project. Bookmark it. Return to it. Everything you need — links, timelines, policies, and next steps — lives right here.
I've designed this experience to be as clear and intentional as the site I'm about to build you. If you have any questions or concerns, I’m always an email away: maria@gumptiousdesignshop.com
Your Quick Links
Everything in one place. All the links you need throughout this project live here. No hunting through emails — just come back to this page.
Your quick links are your home base for everything this project needs.
Your Google Drive is where you'll drop all your assets — photography, logo files, anything else from your side.
Contracts & Invoices holds your signed agreement and all invoices for easy reference. (not relevant for contracts through Upwork)
The Brand Questionnaire is your first action item if you haven't filled it out yet — your answers shape the entire visual direction of the site.
And Contact Maria is always there if you have a question between check-ins.

Your Website Journey
From first assets to launch day — here's every step.
Your Questions, Answered.
-
Your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts), any existing photography, and a clear sense of your core services and target clients. I'll send you an intake questionnaire ahead of our first call to help you gather everything in one place.
-
I'll share a private preview link so you can review the full site on desktop and mobile. This is your one contracted revision round, so I ask that you come prepared with consolidated notes rather than sending feedback in stages.
-
The revision round covers all consolidated feedback from the mid-build check-in. Changes requested after that point, or outside the original scope, are billed at the hourly rate.
-
The build clock starts once all content is received. Delays on the content side push the timeline accordingly — I'll always communicate this clearly so there are no surprises.
-
Yes. I provide offboarding documentation covering all the common updates you'll need to make — adding blog posts, swapping images, editing copy — so you're not dependent on a designer for day-to-day changes.
In a few weeks, you'll have a website that finally matches the quality of your work. One that speaks directly to the people you're meant to serve, reflects the depth and care you bring to your practice, and gives you the confidence to send anyone there — whether it's a referral, a speaking opportunity, or someone who found you on Psychology Today.
A site you're proud of, that feels like you.
Thank you for trusting me with this. Building a website is an intimate process — it asks you to put words to what you do and why it matters, and that's not always easy. I don't take that lightly.
My job is to make this as smooth and low-overwhelm as possible for you. You focus on your work. I'll take care of the rest.
So glad we're doing this together!
xo,
Maria
