WELCOME!

So glad you’re here, Karen!

You're in the right place. Here's everything you need.

You said yes to showing up differently — and I'm so happy you did. This page is your home base for the entire project. Bookmark it. Return to it. Everything you need — links, timelines, policies, and next steps — lives right here.

I've designed this experience to be as clear and intentional as the site I'm about to build you. If you have any questions or concerns, I’m always an email away.

xo,
Maria

Your Quick Links

Everything in one place. All the links you need throughout this project live here. No hunting through emails — just come back to this page.

Your quick links are your home base for everything this project needs.
Your Google Drive is where you'll drop all your assets — photography, logo files, and website copy (one doc per page works best).
Contracts & Invoices holds your signed agreement and all invoices for easy reference.
The Brand Questionnaire is your first action item if you haven't filled it out yet — your answers shape the entire visual direction of the site.
And Contact Maria is always there if you have a question between check-ins.

Your Website Journey

From first assets to launch day — here's every step.

Pre-build — gates the May 1 launch
1
Week of Mar 17 Mar 17 – 21, 2026 Karen
Pre-build
Copy & brand questionnaire confirmed
Both are needed before the build clock can start.
The two-week build cannot begin until final copy and the completed brand questionnaire are received. Delays here push the May 1 launch date.
2
Week of Mar 17 Mar 17 – 21, 2026 Karen
Pre-build
Photography submitted
All existing professional photos provided, or approval given to use agreed stock imagery.
Photos are needed before the build begins. Without them, placeholder images will be used and swapped in later — which may affect the timeline.

Post-launch
Analytics monitoring, Squarespace guidance & light adjustments
Includes basic analytics monitoring, minor Squarespace tweaks, and guidance as you get comfortable managing the site yourself. Does not include redesign, structural changes, or overhaul of colours and fonts.

Your Questions, Answered.

  • Three things: your website copy (one document per page), your photography and logo files uploaded to the shared Google Drive, and your completed brand questionnaire. The build clock doesn't start until all three are in.

  • At the end of week one I'll share a preview link so you can see the site taking shape. This is your opportunity to review the layout, flow, and overall feel and share your feedback. Come prepared with consolidated notes — this review is your one contracted revision round, so it's worth being thorough.

  • The project includes one structured revision round at the mid-build check-in. Any additional changes after that point will be quoted separately before work begins.

  • The two-week build is scheduled to start April 17. If assets aren't in by April 14, the start date shifts and the May 1 launch date may no longer be achievable. If you're running behind, let me know as early as possible so we can figure out the best path forward.

  • Yes — Squarespace is designed to be managed without any technical knowledge. At launch you'll receive full login credentials and edit access, and the three months of post-launch support includes guidance as you get comfortable making updates yourself.

  • Light Squarespace adjustments, basic monitoring of your site analytics, and guidance as questions come up. It does not include redesign, structural changes, or overhaul of colours and fonts — those would be quoted as a separate project.

In six weeks, you'll have a website that works as hard as you do. One that speaks directly to the people you're meant to serve, reflects the depth and care you bring to your practice, and gives you the confidence to send anyone there — whether it's a referral, a speaking opportunity, or someone who found you on Psychology Today. A site you're proud of, that feels like you.
